- This is an outside sales position. That means if you are an introvert, this is probably not your calling, and that’s okay. We still love you.
- This is for a roofing company. Let’s be honest; there is nothing “sexy” about selling roofs. What makes this opportunity awesome?? We sell a VERY unique experience and process and THAT is what is your focus will be.
- We are going to train you on exactly HOW to make the money you desire. When we say “train,” we literally mean handing you a road map. However, the map is just a great tool. You have to do the work prescribed. If you DO NOT put the work in, you WILL NOT make any money.

Here are some things we need from you:
- We are looking for people who love people and love team environments. If you do not love people, or love team environments, do not pass go and do not collect $200. (Yes, we are quirky too and love to have fun).
- We are looking for people who are not afraid to get on roofs. (Obviously)
- We are looking for people who are self-motivated and full of energy. You must be a fire starter! If you need someone to baby-sit you, this may not be the job for you.
- We are looking for people who are relationship builders.
- We are looking for people who speak really well and can type well, too.
- We are looking for people who are resourceful and are quick learners. (We will learn you things you don't know, but you must be willing to be lernt).
- We are looking for people who love selling.
- We are looking for CLOSERS who love to HUSTLE!
- Would like someone who has 3 years of experience in sales or customer service. Never been on a roof before? (That's ok, we will learn you).
- We are looking for people who do not give excuses but push and show results.
Here are a few things we DO NOT want:
- We do not want the opposite of any of the above. Pretty clear, right!
- We do not want you to make an appointment for an interview, and then not show up. We will not waste your time, so we ask that you do not waste your time.
- People who say, "I love people....in a monotone voice".
- People who say, "I'm not a dog person". Get out of here with that non-sense.
- People who do not like dad jokes. We will not hire you.
- People who are perfect.
Let’s talk pay and reward…
Here is what we offer:
- 100% competitive compensation plan based on your history and your work ethic. If you want to make decent money, you must hustle. We have a stricktly commission pay, and a weekly draw and bonus pay.
- Zero cap earning potential; your work ethic = your pay. Again, you must hustle.
- You control your own hours; we aren’t interested in following you. Wait, did we mention, you must hustle?
- You like to hustle, and be the best? Great, we like that a lot! Those who show us they want to be here...a company vehicle is in your future!
- Final thing. We want someone who isn't afraid to work hard and hustle. We may have mentioned that before. Your INCOME depends on your HUSTLE.
