An integral member of our Business Services Division, the Sales Representative will secure new accounts and expand business in existing accounts across our Strategic Partnerships Channel, creating, developing, and growing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting ongoing needs analyses, defining opportunities, and proposing sales solutions. As Sales Representative, you will communicate with existing and potential customers, primarily through high-volume cold-calling and email communication initiatives, with a focus on identifying and responding to customer needs.
The ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of experience with prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales, for an assigned customer base. Position requires a highly confident, resourceful, and driven self-starter, with proven customer-centric and consultative sales skills. Must be comfortable with remote sales, meeting revenue and contact goals. Compensation includes base plus bonus potential.
This is an individual contributor role that can operate fully remote, with preference for candidates based in Orlando or Chicago. Strategic travel may be required as needed to drive business; estimate 5%.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets set for defined territory.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media. Identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Contact and follow up on all leads generated through our Marketing efforts and/or our Customer Support team and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct customer needs analyses, assists in the development of training & implementation solutions, pricing strategies, account presentations/marketing plans, judicious product sampling as needed, and proposals.
- Prepare and analyze customer sales and territory information on a regular basis for the purpose of evaluating business trends, opportunities and successes.
- Develop positive business relationships with Instructors and clients in assigned states and provide superior customer service to our business partners.
- Implement customer and market strategies within assigned area.
- Responsible for effectively negotiating/administering all pricing and program contracts within assigned territory.
- Maximize account profitability by ensuring compliance to agreed upon pricing and account receivable terms. Collaborate with accounting function and assist with collections of account receivables when needed.
- Manage data for existing, new, and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Work with the Channel Vice President Strategic Partnerships, and Sales Managers in the Affiliate Account Channel, to support market development efforts to grow the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred or hospitality-related sales experience required.
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably with hospitality or related industries with demonstrated skills in telephone sales and meeting revenue and contact goals.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and build relationships, close sales, and cultivate partnerships and alliances.
- Customer centric mind-set with the with the ability to work independently with little supervision required.
- Strong organizational, time management, priority-setting and problem-solving skills, plus project management and business planning.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Thoughtful interpersonal and diplomacy skills; ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of organization.

- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Zoom and Teams proficiency. Ability to learn other software programs as needed and enter and maintain accurate data/information.
- Skilled use of Salesforce to meet team requirements and effectively manage territory, as well as experience leveraging LinkedIn and Linkpoint360. Knowledgeable use of VOIP Phone system.
- Ability to travel as needed; estimate 5%.
