Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, we are looking for leaders that have a healthy mindset and lifestyle. Essential job duties and responsibilities
- Complete knowledge and understanding of our purpose, values, services, and their benefits.
- Networking to establish relationships and strong connections within our community while seeking new clients.
- Educating our consumers on our services.
- Taking prospective, new, and existing clients to coffee and/or lunch.
- Discovery calls and meetings to get a deep understanding of prospective client needs. Assisting in building a strong sales team.
Suggest sales process improvements.
Sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
*Use Salesforce to track pipeline.
Qualifications/ Experience:
**Great driving practices, with a clean driving record. As you will be privileged to a Company Car.
- 3-5 years of service sales experience. Extensive knowledge of the software Salesforce.
- 3 years of customer service experience with superior people skills. A strong desire to help others succeed and prosper.
- Excellent oral, verbal and written English language skills.
- Possess a passion for customer service excellence, with the ability to communicate in a way that builds trust and credibility with clients.
- A positive team player who can also work independently.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Superb organizational mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to achieving individual and company goals and looks for ways to improve processes and procedures where appropriate.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google, and other commonly used business software and online tools.
- QuickBooks Online is a definite advantage.
- Comfortable with Social Media platforms and posting.
- Insightful and creative in developing appropriate solutions to meet client needs. A keen interest in local and global lifestyle experiences (shopping, sports, culture, travel, etc.)
Required Job Training as A Lifestyle Concierge
- Establish relationships with clients, learning their likes and dislikes.
- Handle client requests and provide accurate and timely information regarding each request.
- Apply exceptional quality and professional customer service guidelines when interacting with clients.
- Exercise judgment and discretion with all our clients.
- Communicate in a clear, concise, professional, and friendly manner via phone, text, email, TEAMS, and other platforms.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of our services in order to provide accurate and detailed information about them and their benefits.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Enter pertinent customer data.
- Utilize our connections, internet, and other resources to fulfill requests.
- Follow policies and procedures when working as a team, independently, and with clients.
- Effectively work in the office, at home and remotely. Driving company vehicle to fulfill requests.
