Compensation: Uncapped commissions are Paid Weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance based. The average commission pay-out is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above average performers range from 71,000-123,000.
