Sales reps that do best: smart and commanding women that can do 30-50 store visits weekly. Bartenders, car sales, service reps from other industries are all good fits! Can be your full time job or compliment people that have hourly jobs at night or on the weekend while they build their sales network.
Most commission only sales jobs I think are a scam. This one is the exception and designed for ROCK STAR Sales Reps. In the past 130 days we have added 130 NEW STOCKING STORES! Our 30 retail sku lineup is expanding to 222 in the next 60-90 days. This job is going to be one of the most fun in the cannabis industry in the next 12 months.
We have the #1 vaporizer lineup in the state – 2 gram disposables (only one in the state with anticlog airflow, 20k+ sold and ZERO clogs), 2 gram cartridges (also major airflow) and Buzzbox battery, and the hottest disposable in the state - the Triple Threat with 2.25 grams and 3 tanks they can rotate between for maximum variety and wellness throughout the day. We have 19 skus in this lineup and were expanding to 46 skus to include Live Reserve, Live Rosin Blend, Cannadelica, and Diet Live Rosin.
Our top salespeople make $900/week selling just retail and we expect to double that in early 2024 when the whole sales team can also sell bulk distillate liters.
As one of the biggest bulk ingredient suppliers in Oklahoma, we produce our own distillate and RSO. You can also recruit farmers for split deals where you make $ for every liter on our side of the split.

We have a Volta credit program where you get 2% back on sales plus $2 for each store visit to go towards samples/promotional item budget for you to promote sales in your area.

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
We create a territory of 150-200 dispensaries within an hour drive of where you live. We give you a personal assistant to schedule appointments in the zip codes of your preference.
Were relying on you to generate sales from this area of the state - its your territory. Even though you have a territory, if you have a relationship with a store owner/purchasing manager outside your territory and they want to buy from you, that’s fine. Well create an override and you make the commission.
Four ways you can make money in this role
1 selling our retail products (10% commission + 2% Volta credit)
2 selling our Bulk Liters (distillate, ws liquid, ws powder, RSO) (5% commission)
3 split deals turning biomass to distillate ($ for every liter on our side of the split)
4 selling our new hemp derived lineup to smokeshops
