Sales rep for Hard sales - call center

Spark Capital Group is hiring Funding Specialists to meet a growing demand for financial services for small businesses! Do you enjoy a high energy environment? Are you personable and professional? As a Funding Specialist, your goal is to build a strong working relationship with your clients, in order to help the clients business stay competitive and grow by providing revolving financing such as Merchant Cash Advance, Lines of Credit, Term Loans, SBA loans, equipment financing etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• Make 200+ outbound hot, warm or cold calls daily to business owners looking for business financing - We will supply training and mentorship, trading desk, scripts, fresh leads, and equipment.

• Strong drive with desire to learn and grow.

• Organized, do follow ups on time and manage a portfolio.

• Comfortable working in a loud, energetic sales environment.

• Personable and professional.

WHAT YOU GET:

· No limit commission salary that will exceed any 9-5 paycheck.

· Opportunity to move up and manage a team to earn extra commission from their deals.

· A full-time position Monday through Friday, the hours are long, but the rewards are outstanding, and we promise you will have fun too!

Salary options:

· 1st month is commission based (trial period where you need to reach a certain target) · 2nd month onwards- base salary+ commission
