Our Twin Cities office (located in Bloomington on the Minneapolis side) is searching for a new sales team member to speak with local businesses and leaders. If you are wanting to pursue a career in sales, especially staffing/recruiting, B2B, consulting, etc. – please read on!

In this role, you will:
- Seek out job opportunities that your team of recruiters can fill. Build and maintain relationships with local business leaders, and promote our recruiting services.
- Find at about each company's hiring practices, open positions, employee requirements, and company culture in order to provide them with the best possible candidates.
- Place many calls, meet clients virtually or in person, stay connected via email, text, networking platforms, etc. Collaborate with your teammates everyday to plan, strategize, and focus their recruitment efforts.
- Expand the reach of our services throughout your territory. Build your client list (book of business), while progressing your own professional career.
