Sales Order Analyst
Job Summary:
A Sales Order Analyst with integrate with the Internal Sales staff and assist with all functions relative (quoting, order processing, invoicing, shipping, export/import documentation, and filing). Individual will also assist with order entry and technology transfers.
Essential Functions:
Computer literate and have knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Word, and Excel.
Good math skills.
Organizational skills and able to set priorities.
Excellent phone and communication skills.
Able to handle weekend/evening phone coverage on a rotating basis.
Be regular in attendance, able and willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime.
Other duties to be assigned, as required.
Non-Essential Functions:
Familiar with databases.
Able to read blueprints.
Familiar with export regulations and procedures, a plus.
Able to speak a Foreign Language, a plus.
Essential Physical Requirements:

Able to see and read printed word.
Able to hear and speak on the telephone.
Able to sit for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.
