Sales Operations And Package Shipping Assistant (Part Time Mornings)

The Opportunity:

International Air Tool Company is a small industrial distributor looking for administrative Operations and parcel shipping help during the morning hours. The primary duty is receiving and shipping around 10 to 12 small to medium size packages per day. Other responsibilities include ordering and organizing inventory, working with customer price lists in excel format, doing order entry and listing clearance items on e-bay!

We are a very small husband and wife led company and need someone versatile, with a strong work ethic, and great attitude.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years general administrative, customer service, purchasing, shipping, or inventory control experience.
• Knowledgeable about packing lists, pick lists, sales orders, invoices, quotes and other standard forms used in a distribution type environment.
• Great organizational abilities and proactiveness are a must.
• Basic Business Math Skills Required
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills (email and phone)
• 2 to 4 years experience with Microsoft Office (experience with QuickBooks highly preferred)
• Experience creating labels and tracking packages in the FEDEX, UPS, and DHL shipping portals.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Established in 2011, International Air Tool Company is a very small, but stable pneumatic tool and industrial supply distributor based in San Marcos, California... We serve manufacturing customers in Southern California, Baja Mexico, and beyond... We sell in person and on the internet.

Location:

You will work from a small, but nice office and mini warehouse in the La Costa Meadows business park.

Schedule: Part Time, Weekday Mornings, Approximately 20 to 30 Hours Per Week - Some Flexibility.
