We are seeking a driven and strategic salesperson who is excited to apply the latest in sales principles to help grow our ride-hailing business across a diversity of business sectors and booking options.

- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking (often accompanied by identifying the territory in which They will prospect).
- Conduct data-driven research that identifies prospective accounts for using our service.
- Action-oriented advertising is targeted toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness.
- Lead and manage Direct Marketing, Public Relations, advertising, and event marketing.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Draft and deliver proposals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Develop presentations and arguments for senior management and clients.
- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions and report on sales activity.
- Set monthly new account targets for opening new accounts.
- Build connections with official managers at potential accounts and close deals (open new accounts).
- Maintain accurate records on sales status for all active locations and leads.
- Prepare monthly progress reports on sales performance for management and the Board of Directors.
WRITTEN and/or COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Requires excellent communication and written skills. Strong public speaking and negotiation ability. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must frequently drive to client locations to establish and cultivate relationships and do deliveries. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Tech savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet, and Google Applications.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong foundation in tools and methods for analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university. With a minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience.
TRANSPORTATION
Must have reliable transportation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is fast-paced andsynergized, requiring an entrepreneurial self-starter who can prioritize and promptly get things done. The ideal candidate understands that sales don’t always fit a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday box. The noise level is usually moderate.
