WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want a motivated, optimistic & experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team, that will help manage, establish and grow a portfolio of key media agencies and brand relationships in the US and abroad. This role is for a driven and entrepreneurial salesperson, with an established track record of successfully selling digital and/or audio - especially podcast - and developing a rapidly growing business and market. We are looking for someone who has experience in a fast-moving media environment, who is confident and passionate in presenting and building relationships with clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You must enjoy establishing and nurturing agency relationships and brand relationships. You must also have a good understanding of working with talent and be passionate about their work as Podcasters. As a leader you are supportive, empathetic, optimistic and have a growth mindset for both yourself and our business. You must work collaboratively with all facets of the business.
