Hiring immediately - We prepare our incoming Sales Manager Trainees to develop and expand beyond their current position. This role will provide you the foundational knowledge, skills, and experience needed for all future career growth.
Responsibilities of a Sales Manger Trainee
- Educating customers on eco-friendly, green products and services available to them, ensuring they get the best deal for them
- Participation in training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis, eventually conducting them as you grow in the company
- Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
- Work cross functionally with the management and leadership team to maximize opportunities
