We are currently in 50+ markets and looking to expand into 40 more. We are a privately-held debt-free company that pays our employees on time and in full.

Position Details:

Our Sales Managers are expected to hire, train, and motivate a local sales team. In addition, our most successful Sales Managers understand the importance of leading their team’s sales efforts personally from the field until the team is well established and doesn’t need the Manager’s personal sales to hit team goals. We have a proven formula of success to guide you through this process. Expected first year earnings are between $110,000 - $180,000 per year.

Requirements:

Applicants must have one year of successful sales management experience. Applicant must also have three years of sales experience, in-home preferred. References are required.

Position involves standard residential sales hours, which includes evenings and some Saturdays.

If selected, you will be required to train for 4 weeks in one of our Regional Training facilities. Housing and transportation are provided during this paid training.
