Job Description
We are currently searching for a motivated Sales Manager with a technical background to support our growth objectives primarily in the US.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with our management team to develop the Sales Strategy and Work Plans that will support our growth goals.
- Establishes Sales Objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales funnels for current and new customers.
· Be responsible for daily communication with customers and maintain good cooperative relationships. Develop in-depth understanding of customer demand and potential growth opportunities.
- Create New Customer Development Plans for key target accounts, tracks and reports on progress.
- Collect market research data and perform customer and competitor analysis by industry and maintain updated market information.
- Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to support customer needs and develop new products.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Work closely with our distributors and agents to support our sales objectives and strategies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales Manager candidates should have at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the semiconductor, medical, aerospace or industrial industry working with OEMs and component manufacturers. Have a proven track record of positive sales performance. A technical or engineering degree is preferred. This position will require traveling within the US and internationally.
