Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in International shipping logistic sales, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatching, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations and services
- Familiarity with trucking service crossing border ( Mexico-United States)
- Excellent sales management skills, including lead generation, account management, and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent speaking and writing skill, English and Spanish
