SALES MANAGER (Industrial Valves and Equipment Sales)
Location: Towanda, PA (Northeast PA)
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Emerson Impact Partner team. As an account specialist, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-size industrial, life sciences, power, chemical, energy, water, oil and gas accounts in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region, such as Allentown, Sayre, Towanda, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Williamsport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new industrial business opportunities within the assigned geographic region
- Drive sales growth and increase market share for our industrial valves and equipment, and services offerings
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep informed of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our sales strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales experience in industrial valves and equipment, or related products, ideally 2-8 years
- Experience selling or engineering solutions for industrial clients in the Northeast Pennsylvania region
- Familiar with Allentown, Sayre, Towanda, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Williamsport
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

This role will work independently to grow current accounts. After initial vetting from our inside sales team these customer targets will be handed off to this person to meet and investigate these accounts further.
