What You Can Expect as a Sales MIT

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to enhance the sales team's performance through effective training and strong leadership.
  • Conduct sales meetings and trainings to motivate the team towards achieving targets.
  • Foster mentorship and collaboration with departments like Marketing and Installation for a cohesive sales approach.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase our unique product line and address homeowner needs.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate individual sales performance, providing guidance for achieving full potential.

Qualifications for Success

  • MUST LIVE IN THE AREA & BE WILLING TO RELOCATE IN THE NEXT 12-18 MONTHS (COMPANY-SPONSORED RELOCATION)
  • 5 Years Minimum Sales Experience: Leverage your commissioned sales expertise.
  • 2 Years Minimum Management/Leadership Experience Preferred: Develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
  • Schedule: Available for middays, evenings, and Saturday appointments.
  • Valid Driver’s License with Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance: Equipped for success on the road.
