What Makes You Qualified:
- Desire to be in a software sales or other customer-facing positions as a career progression.
- 10+ years of experience in Software IT sales and/or applications sales selling primarily to the CXO level
- Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment.
- Have a passion or experience on how technology is shaping the user experience.
- You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES & ROLE:
- Drive incremental net-new pipeline in assigned territory.
- Responsible for territory strategy, coverage, planning, forecasting & quota achievement to ensure coverage and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization,
- Identify and qualify leads that will progress throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Update and maintain reporting tools such as CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management.
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business achievement.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
