- Client Acquisition:*Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and zoom meetings, to introduce them to Hyatus's services and benefits.

- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective clients, highlighting how Hyatus can maximize their rental income and property management efficiency.

- Market Analysis: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the short-term rental industry, including market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape, to inform strategic marketing and sales efforts.

- Marketing Strategy: Implement marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and establishing Hyatus as a leader in the short-term rental management space.

- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement strategies, with significant incentives provided for meeting and surpassing these goals.

- Feedback and Reporting: Gather client feedback to continuously improve the service offering and report on sales activities and performance against targets to management.

- Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the real estate or short-term rental industry.
