Adecco is partnered with one of our clients, a national leader in their industry, to recruit a skilled Sales Manager to develop business and serve their customers throughout the Western United States region.
Base salary in the $100k range + Great benefits! Medical, dental and vision insurance options as well as 401K and paid-time-off!
This is a full-time position that requires up to 50% travel and will be remote the rest of the time. We are seeking qualified candidates preferably who live in the Western United States.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Foster partnerships by developing key relationships with brand associates to advance your objectives.
- Implement new target initiatives through thorough research, planning, and execution.
- Identify and capitalize on specification opportunities, creating specs and crafting proposals.
- Engage with A&D firms, owners, procurement companies, and other decision makers to expand your network.
- Lead key account planning sessions and ensure alignment with top stakeholders and decision makers.
- Communicate channel marketing and product development needs, including new product opportunities and brand awareness campaigns.
- Take ownership of your pipeline, conversion rates, and results, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- Cultivate early adoption of new products by leveraging relationships with thought leaders in relevant market segments.
- Four (4) year college or university degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Background in interior sales based in the real estate or hospitality sectors strongly preferred.
- Must be energetic, highly motivated, and have the ability to function in a high-pace environment with varying schedules (travel, priority, time, etc.), team oriented.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence required.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customer, groups of managers, associates, clients, and the general public required.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
