Responsibilities:
Ensure that all current and potential customers experience the company???s best practices and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with Management to build and cultivate relationships with all potential customers to drive growth and success of the business.
Supervise Inside Sales Reps to ensure high-quality customer service standards, meeting sales goals, and improving sales techniques.
Overcome obstacles and problem solve to build long-term customer relationships.
Create a positive work environment, embracing/supporting directives from management.
Ensure a full understanding of all products and maintain awareness of the most current information available and design trends.
Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize company sales growth and profitability.
Maintain awareness and demonstrate fundamental knowledge of computers, systems, and programs relevant to the position.
Mentor, train, motivate, and develop team members to be successful.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must be confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form.

Qualifications:
Previous luxury retail furniture store or related field experience (2+ years).
Incoming phone sales experience.
Excellent Computer Skills - Efficient Typing, Word, Excel proficiency is ideal!
Experience in visual merchandising.
Interior design and fashion sense.
Hard-working/Smart-working and detail-oriented
College degree - preferably in Interior Design or Fine Arts.
Demonstrated history of goal achievement.
Prospecting and closing skills.
Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM System).
