Position:Sales Manager
General Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals established by the EVP and CRO. Your primary focus will be on building, nurturing, and expanding an established pipeline, following meticulously defined processes outlined by senior management. The overarching revenue target is set at a $250M run rate by January 2025, with $100M expected to be contributed annually through organic sales efforts.
Evaluation Period:
The first 90 days of your tenure will serve as an assessment period to evaluate your sales acumen.
During this time, we'll be looking for the following leadership qualities:
1. Strong leadership skills to uphold the corporate vision within the sales department, fostering a culture of engagement and unity.
2. Commitment to our Core Focus and Core Values, guiding your team to embody and execute according to these principles.
3. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including the ability to establish and analyze metrics using tools like Excel and generate quality management reports.
4. Emphasis on process orientation, ensuring the team understands and adheres to written business processes.
5. Establishment of quarterly goals for team members, coupled with regular meetings to track business activities, review metrics, and assign tasks.
6. Effective problem-solving skills, fostering a logical and systematic approach within the team.
Additional Components:
1. Active participation in weekly Sales L10 meetings, providing essential performance data.
2. Maintenance of client data in our CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility for leadership.
3. Participation in EOS meetings, advocating for EOS principles within the sales team.
4. Contribution as a strategic thought leader, collaborating with the sales team for future planning.
5. Building strong collaborative relationships with the Operations team to facilitate effective collaboration.
6. Adaptation of sales tactics, strategies, and methodologies in response to evolving market conditions.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00
Commission: Will be paid on gross profit on a sliding scale, up to 15%.
Benefits:
Following the evaluation period, Health/Dental/Vision care will be provided per the company plan, along with a PTO package of 18 days.
Medical / Dental / Vision: employee pays for any family members. Percentages paid by CLN for the employee only:
1. Medical: CLN pays 100%
2. Dental: CLN Pays for 50% - cost to employee is minimal
3. Vision: CLN pays for 0% - cost to employee is minimal
Life Insurance: coverage is 2x annual salary, min 200K – CLN pays 100%
