Cool Bear HVAC Services in partnership with Costco is seeking motivated individuals to act as our in-store HVAC Sales Lead Appointment Generator to work within our Dedicated Costco locations. You will engage with Costco Members in person and offer our HVAC services.

This is an in-person face to face opportunity and not in office over the phone.

We offer:

· $16 Hourly plus uncapped Hourly Bonus and commission opportunities.

* $$ Hourly increase based on production.

· Weekly pay cycle for hourly as well as commissions.

· True potential to earn $50,000 plus yearly.

· Locations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

· Dedicated store – no other AC company is allowed in the location.

Responsibilities:

· You will engage customers from our kiosk within the store to offer our services.

· Great training and mentoring to help you become and stay successful.

· Ability to work weekends.

· Average Costco has over 4000 customers a day so potential for leads is huge.

We have needs in several locations throughout Broward County. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Ability to pass background and drug screening.
