- Cultivate enduring partnerships with businesses aligned with healthy eating values and build relationships with decision-makers in corporate settings and event planning departments. Regularly engage to understand specific needs and preferences.
- Identify and establish partnerships with new locations throughout Connecticut.
- Initiate and lead introductory meetings, delivering sample meals and presenting an overview of our services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the catering and corporate sectors. Develop targeted strategies to engage businesses aligned with our mission and values.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create proposals addressing the unique requirements of large accounts, corporate events, and catering orders. Ensure alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
- Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help create compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new offerings.
- Segment email lists based on customer characteristics and behaviors for personalized communication.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Event Management and Coordination
- Collaborate with our Ambassador program in Connecticut to explore new sales avenues through affiliates
- Represent the company at local events, including fundraisers, 5ks, and fitness facility competitions.
- Schedule and coordinate consistent sampling events with local affiliates.
- Conduct 2-3 minute "about us" sessions during sampling events, showcasing our business offerings and features.
- Communicate daily tasks and manage, schedule, and train our brand ambassadors.

- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
