SalaryResponsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the floor
- Supervise and provide guidance to the team members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage the floor operations
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees
- Knowledge of market trends to make informed decisions
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships
