Sales Floor Associate/Cashier

Job Description

Unsettled Geeks is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for developing relationships with customers and helping them decide on products.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions on specific brands or products
• Help customers place orders through our website.
• Help customers with specific needs, such as with questions about specific products.
• Be aware of any customer complaints and resolve them quickly.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Help other associates as needed to ensure a safe environment in the store.
• Assist with inventory control when needed.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed.

Experience

• Prior Experience in retail is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
