Job Description:
The function of Sales Manager is to oversee and help drive a team of sales representatives that maximize sales revenues and attain corporate objectives. Sales Manager fosters a relationship with key stakeholders in the company to finalize sale of the service(s) and becomes the client’s key point of contact. Forecast sales revenue streams accurately. Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies. Work with Program Managers, and various clients, meeting the specific requirements of each unique, individual client.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience in the Medical Device testing industry required
- Ability to communicate with customers and develop client relationships
- Ability to recognize and communicate potential issues
- Advanced - Software & Computer skills. Ability to create excel, Power Point and word documents
- Ability to assess and engage high level decision makers at target companies
- Ability to solve daily issues/problems
- Strong Organizational skills
- Decision Making and result oriented
