POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking full ownership of the sales goal delivery of the channels assigned.
Developing and implementing sales strategies that ensure revenue growth and market penetration that meet the company’s sales goals as well as established targets.
Conducting market research and using market data identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and business development; nurturing and developing relationships as well as engaging with customers on a routine basis.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns; prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Taking full ownership of monitoring, analyzing and reporting sales and financial data and presenting the performance of the sales team in front of executives and leadership groups.
Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences, executing trade shows, industry engagements, customer events, etc.
Leading projects and objectives that improve operational excellence.
Collaborating cross functionally inside of the company to drive successful teamwork.
SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a decision maker that is fully committed to driving sales.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with 2-4 years sales experience in selling tangible products through wholesale and/or direct-to-consumer channels.
Must know Microsoft Excel; ability to use functions, maneuver through spreadsheets, VLOOKUP, and create/use pivot tables.
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend market data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other comparable fields.
Online marketplace or e-commerce channel sales experience is a plus.
Experience using automated sales tools and ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite) is a plus.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily sedentary working in front of a computer in an air-controlled environment. Frequent use of eyesight, fingering, and ability to sit for long periods is required. Requires the ability to fly, travel to trade shows. Requires in-person public speaking and engagement.
