Expedient is hiring a Sales Enablement Director.  This critical position plays a pivotal role in the development of sales strategies to enhance the productivity, the knowledge and the effectiveness of our sales teams.  The Sales Enablement Director will devise and set the standard for a repeatable, successful sales methodology that will yield quantifiable results.  This individual contributor role will be instrumental in directly affecting and ensuring that our sales teams are equipped for success.  
This position will be available in the following Expedient markets: Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of B2B sales in the IT Services industry
  • Demonstrated leadership in Sales Enablement with expertise in Sandler sales methodologies (or equivalent)
  • Prior evidence of successful sales coaching and mentoring sales professionals with a proven track record of leading effective enablement programs
  • Experience in developing onboarding programs for new sales people that accelerate their ramp; experience leading sales kickoff events
  • Experience designing and implementing impactful training programs, playbooks, and certification paths, with a track record of successful implementation and optimization
  • Experience using third-party tools to create interactive and engaging training
  • Experience using Brainshark, Salesforce, and the ability to optimize the usage of MarTech tools, such as 6Sense (ABM platforms), Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Mediafly (Sales Enablement Platform), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo in the sales process
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Sales Enablement initiatives
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tech industry trends and product developments
  • Dedication to cultivating a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence
  • Utilization of AI-driven strategies to enhance sales productivity
  • Proficiency in change management, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus across departments
  • Willingness to be hands-on, act as a player-coach and to travel when required
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business or marketing is required

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs encompassing sales methodologies, products, activities and marketing tech/Sales Enablement tools
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and manage onboarding programs for new hires
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks and strategies for handling objections
  • Establish certification programs and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives and external partners using the existing LMS platform (Brainshark)
  • Provide proactive, ongoing sales coaching and mentorship based on competency mapping.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to drive internal alignment on messaging
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement initiatives / KPIs
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence
  • Manage and administer the LMS platform
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and internal subject-matter-experts to maximize the value of the MarTech tools

The salary for this position is directly related to your own skills and the proven success of your career history.  The estimated salary range for a role such as this is $150,000 to $170,000.  Your success will be measured by the results your work creates.
