WHAT YOU'LL DO:
40% Metrics and Continuous Improvement
- Business planning to help prepare information and analysis for successful execution of key initiatives.
- Identifies metrics for productivity and efficiency of sales team and measures the results.
- Ensures that sales tools are easy to use, improving the sales team’s ability to win more of the bundle, increase margins and prevent customer churn.
- Creates a process to measure and improve customer satisfaction at corporate and field level.
- Drives contract profitability improvement across segments and measures results annually.
30% Selling and Sales Management Processes
- Expert in Network sales process and sales tools ensuring the sales team is proficient in both.
- Ownership of prospecting process, while measuring and improving sales velocity.
- Identifies trends impacting Sales Effectiveness and develops countermeasures to address them.
- Creates curriculum and delivers training for the sales team that measures their skill set improvement.
30% Internal Partnership and Collaboration
- Project management champion of processes and tools that enables predictable outcomes.
- Serves as the owner of Salesforce CRM and communicates business requirements to technical team.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience at developing sales-related tools that improves performance and effectiveness, including deep understanding of productive sales processes and Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to define the sales strategy by understanding the various markets, competitors and what it takes to win large, new logo business.
- Experience of implementing new projects that contribute to measured improvements in sales performance or business efficiency.
- Proven record of accomplishment leading team through change management, effectively working with key stakeholders to support change initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive performance excellence through execution.
- Excellent communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
