About the Role:


The Sales Development Representative (Setter) Manager is responsible for supervising, coaching, and training all Setter Team Members as well as the day-to-day operations of the team. As a Setter Manager, you are responsible for improving and maintaining the Setter team's performance, productivity, and efficiency through implementing and maintaining current strategies, one-on-one coaching and performance management, as well as recruiting new team members, with the support  of the Sales Director. You should have an in-depth understanding of our program and all product offerings. You will be the liaison between the Setter Team and the Sales Director. Your primary goal is to keep the department running efficiently and profitably. Your primary KPI is the set rate for the Setter Team and the show rate for the second call with the closers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach Setter team, implementing new processes for enhanced performance.
  • Foster positive team culture, emphasizing praise and support.
  • Lead daily and weekly Setter team meetings.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and new tools, and training.
  • Track and manage Setter team statistics and data accurately.
  • Ensure efficient lead management and CRM tool utilization.
  • Oversee day-to-day efforts, promptly addressing challenges.
  • Implement incentive schemes for high team performance.
  • Contribute to organizational planning and strategies with the Sales Director.
  • Identify automation opportunities, conduct weekly 1:1s, and maintain communication cycles.

Expected Results:

  • Fully train and onboard all new Setters.
  • Create weekly reporting cadence reflecting Setter team activity. 
  • Maintain an 80-85% show rate to Set calls.
  • Maintain a minimum 80% set rate.
  • The Setter team feels supported and clearly understands their daily roles and responsibilities.
  • All Setter Team members clearly understand and can adequately follow all internal communication cycles. 
  • Customers have consistent and positive experiences with all members of the Setter team.
  • Daily shadowing/coaching sessions with the team.
  • Consistently meeting all deliverables to committed deadlines.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in sales management (1+ years) with large teams (30+)
  • Experience in Remote High Ticket Sales (2+ years)
  • Experience with G-Suite and Slack
  • Experience with creating and managing Sales KPIs
  • Able to pivot and adapt with a fast paced start-up environment
  • Strong communicator with all levels of the Company
  • Functioning computer/laptop and reliable workspace with internet connectivity
