Position Title:Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Austin, Texas

Job Timings: 8am-5pm Central Time (US)

Candidates must be located in Austin, Texas to be eligible for this role. This position is 100% remote with up to 20% travel.

Job Objective

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cloudelligent, you will report directly to the CRO and collaborate within a team of Account Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and assist prospective and existing clients in leveraging the capabilities of AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and nurture them for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads, performing BANT qualification.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by generating opportunities.
  • Communicate compelling value propositions around Cloudelligent services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Cloudelligent services address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AWS counterparts.
  • Achieve daily outbound call and contact metrics.
  • Capture, track, and advance qualified leads in Pipedrive CRM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving quota in an outbound sales or prospecting role in B2B environments.
  • Experience in building and managing customer relationships, knowledge of CRM tools
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required within the first 30 days of employment).
