As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth of our organization by generating qualified sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline by setting up first meetings with executive decision-makers at target firms.
- Hit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly outbound activity targets (calling, email, LinkedIn).
- Carry a quarterly outbound meeting quota.
- Handle inbound lead follow-up, qualification, and scheduling via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Work collaboratively with account executives to prepare for demo calls.
- Participate in larger GTM motion by collaborating with marketing and partnerships.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of outbound business development experience, preferably within the tech industry.
- Experience carrying an outbound meeting quota.
- Experience with outbound tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesNav preferred.
- Experience operating autonomously in a remote environment to meet and exceed targets
