As a Sales Design Consultant, you play a pivotal role in leading clients through a positive and transformative experience. Grounded in essential principles such as meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and steadfast commitment, you will establish trust and connection. This strong foundation empowers you to help clients improve their living spaces by offering window covering products and design services.
You will provide in-home consultations to our clients in the East Metro / Washington County / Western Wisconsin areas.
THE OFFER:
1st year potential earnings are $55-70k. - no cap on commission!
Commission: 3% on company leads and 5% self generate leads
Bonus structure upon goals met
Mileage reimbursement
Company provides leads
Steady Monday to Friday 9 - 5 schedule, with an occasional Saturday
Showroom by Appointment only
Weeks (approx. 90 days) of training program ensures you have all tools for success and industry best practices in the office in the Woodbury area.
Health Stipend provided - $200.00

REQUIREMENTS:
Sales Design Expertise: Extensive hands-on involvement in in-home sales spanning various areas, including cabinetry, flooring, kitchen and bath, window coverings, furniture, and lighting.
Technical Aptitude: Adeptness and familiarity with technology are indispensable, as they play a pivotal role in tasks such as crafting design plans, generating quotes, and facilitating communication. Proficiency in pertinent software and tools will optimize your effectiveness in the role.
Attention to Detail: Previous roles demanding a high degree of precision and attention to detail are highly esteemed for this position.
Physical Capability: Given the nature of the responsibilities, which encompass handling and transporting materials and samples, physical strength is imperative. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is a prerequisite.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate: Employ a proven sales system to identify and formulate optimal drapery or window-covering solutions for your clients. This entails comprehending their needs, preferences, and spatial requirements.
Compute: Precisely measure, quote, and meticulously document detailed specifications throughout the in-home sales process. This phase is crucial for furnishing clients with accurate pricing and comprehensive product information.
Cooperate: Foster close collaborations with the workroom, leadership, and the sales team to ensure a seamless and distinctive client experience. Effective communication and teamwork are imperative for achieving exceptional results. Engage with networking groups across the tri-state area to establish new relationships and broaden your client base, recognizing the pivotal role of a robust professional network in business expansion.
Converse: Actively nurture robust client relationships by initiating follow-ups both before and after the sale. Taking ownership of the client account involves ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise post-installation.
Community Involvement: Participate in networking groups throughout the tri-state area to establish rapport with new accounts and expand your client base. Building a strong professional network can be instrumental in the growth of your business.
