  • Meeting Maven: You're the architect of effective gatherings, crafting agenda and taking meeting minutes so brilliant they're practically poetry.
  • Trade Show Virtuoso: Coordinating assets for trade shows and pulling all the strings to ensure our presence is as show-stopping as a Broadway musical.
  • Promo Guru: Collaborating with the VP of Sales to manage the wholesale promotional calendar, overseeing promotion cadence and communicating updates to the marketing team for execution is your jam.
  • Project Pizzazz: Project management is your playground. You're the mastermind behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoother than a perfectly tuned guitar.
  • Product Information Sorcerer: Compiling and organizing the perfect potion of product specifications, marketing information, pricing details, and UPC codes. Manage our SKUs and setup information with finesse.
  • Client Care: Collaborate with our Account Management team to launch client-specific initiatives ensuring our clients have a magical and seamless experience.
  • Action Plan Artisan: Work your magic closely with marketing, operations, and product teams, ensuring our strategies are aligned like stars in a constellation. Contribute to the creation of action plans that are like roadmaps, guiding our team's journey.
Your Toolkit:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (bonus points for juggling skills)
