The Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our Sales Directors in driving revenue for the Brand Partnerships team. Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research and gathering trade articles to prepare for client meetings.
• Compiling competitive spending data and creating/editing sales materials for presentations.
• Managing internal requests related to RFPs and other client needs, including research/data and ideas for custom content.
• Ensuring accuracy in data input for Salesforce and other pipeline management tasks.
• Assisting in scheduling both internal and external meetings, as well as managing travel itineraries and planning.
• Acting as an extension of the Sales Director in the RFP process, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and holding internal stakeholders accountable.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholder teams, such as brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data labs, and legal.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on all Moonbug IP and Brand Partnerships offerings.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience within the media industry: media agency or publisher/advertising sales
• Experience working in customer service roles and comfortable interfacing with clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excited by a fast paced environment.

Pay Range: $25-26/hr
