Sales Consultant

Job description

Our team is looking for someone who can start appointment setting, and then in a few months, build out a team of their own. Our consultants must bring energy and enthusiasm to our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by selling our products and services. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, willing to work long hours, and are coachable. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and communicate the benefits of our products & services to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Meet sales goals.
• Calling our leads to secure business
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Update & maintain CRM appropriately
• Clear personal growth vision: promotions, licensing, certifications, community engagement, etc.

Qualifications:

• No Experience Necessary
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Always be communicative and on time
• Ability to get a passport. (We take bi-yearly work vacations out of country)

Starting Pay:

Our AVERAGE Sales reps make $50-85k in their first year - this is your learning year! This will be base pay, and Commission. Depending on initial success after first 6-12 months, there is room for advancement into regional sales manager role, or becoming a financial advisor with potential to receive $120K-250k+ income. It all depends on your performance. Some of our senior reps make well above... you just need to work hard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
