Our established periodontal and implantology practice is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant with dental knowledge to join our team! This opportunity is for an individual experienced and confident in presenting straightforward, as well as comprehensive treatment plans. These treatment plans will enhance patient’s quality of life by dramatically improving their oral, physical and emotional health. A successful Treatment Plan Sales Consultant will be proficient in uncovering the patient need for treatment and communicating the value, leading to high treatment acceptance. This is your sales process, for which you will have support and training to customize it for dental care.

Benefits include paid holidays and paid time off as well as company contribution towards medical insurance. Competitive and generous starting salary $30 - $35 per hour is commensurate with Sales Consultation experience. You will also be eligible for performance based bonus.
Qualifications
- Experienced and confident in delivering straightforward, as well as comprehensive presentation. This includes uncovering the patient need for treatment and communicating the value in being treated by Dr. Tibbs or Dr. Keller.
- Experienced in presenting directly to the end user.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedule to maximize production.
- Experienced with new patient intake, 3rd party patient financing and scheduling to meet daily production goals of practice.
- Skilled in coordinating surgical appointments with the restorative clinicians.
- Proficiency in computer and typing skills
- Professionalism. Having the demeanor and attitude to remain in line with the practice culture of, "Excellence in all things seen and unseen.”
- High level of organizational skill so as to embrace multiple tasks without sacrificing quality and thoroughness of work. Always attentive to details.
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
