Job Title: Sales Representative - Aultman Roofing

Job Description:

Aultman Roofing is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact between homeowners and our company. Your role will involve accurately assessing homeowners' roofing issues, providing recommendations, and ensuring a seamless communication process with our office. You will also be responsible for generating leads, presenting proposals, and overseeing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:

- Attend weekly group and individual sales meetings, with the allowance of missing one meeting per month.

- Mail out 125 mailers weekly to potential customers.

- Submit daily and weekly trackers on time to track progress and sales activities.

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.

- Conduct property inspections to determine the need for a roof replacement.

- Document and present findings to customers and insurance companies.

- Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims, if necessary.

- Meet with adjusters and obtain the initial denial/scope.

- Present a comprehensive Roof Replacement Proposal and secure signed contracts.

- Create work orders and ensure they are uploaded into the customer file.

- Take photographs of completed jobs, verify the crew's clean-up efforts, and obtain a Certificate of Completion (COC) signed by the customer.

- Collect all payments from customers.

- Maintain up-to-date customer files.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Familiarity with software used in the roofing industry is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Business casual attire is required, including company-branded shirts and headwear (if worn).

Compensation:

- Sales Representatives will receive a commission of 7% of the total revenue generated from each job.

- Commissions will be paid based on what is collected from the customer.

- Payments will be made to the representative after the processing time for the collected check, typically within the same week.

- Commissions will be paid as 1099s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
