Sales Brand Ambassador for the Patchology Brand

Who you are:

A beauty and skincare junkie who is passionate about sharing your knowledge with others. You have a knack for building relationships, identifying opportunities, brainstorming fresh ideas, and getting results. Oh, and you love Patchology. ;-)

What you’ll do

Share the love! Visit stores like Ulta, Nordstrom, Bluemercury, and Anthropologie and build relationships with in-store staff, give them free product samples, help them understand what makes Patchology special, and ultimately, motivate them to sell our brand! In addition, record training video content for use on our social accounts to advance product training and awareness for store teams. You’ll basically be an influencer in-store and online. This is an entry level position and does not require previous experience, simply tonnes of enthusiasm and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key retail doors and store teams - including but not limited to department managers, personal shoppers, beauty concierge teams and general beauty staff.

  • Work with Sales Manager to keep the schedule of store visits to retailers such as Ulta, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, Bluemercury, Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, and American Eagle (among others).

  • Create product training content for the brand training Instagram and manage training groups on the platform to engage team members even when not in-store.

  • Prepare stores in advance of major events and hit sales goals during promotional events

  • Execute new product launches in-store by ensuring new products are out on the sales floor, and through staff training, gratis and education

  • Create sales contests for staff to maintain continuity of ongoing sales

  • Promote the brand and look for best opportunities in store with regards to display

  • Work with the sales team and stores team to ensure we have stock on hand for special events and promotions.

  • Open communication with the Sales Team to recommend new sales and training support tools.

  • Provide home office with images of store visits and promotional events.

Note: sales and beauty experience are NOT required. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the beauty industry!
