Location: Newton, MA
Salary: $45,000 base + Commission + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Typical Hours: M-F, 40 hours Flexible

Travel: locally during work hours, occasional nights/weekends as needed
Territory: Newton, Chestnut Hill, Watertown, Weston, and Thompsonville

Sales – B2C Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Rep to add to their team in Newton, MA. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for your book of clients and fully meeting their needs. Our client is looking for someone energetic who likes to engage with people and is capable of understanding the true needs of the customer. The ideal candidate has an estimation, quoting, sales, OR customer service background and can learn and follow new processes easily.

If you enjoy meeting customer needs, you will excel in this role. Leads are provided, and you will make a commission on every estimation that goes to production. You may hunt your own leads (chat with the neighbor of an appointment, attend networking events, cold call customers) and will make a higher commission for each lead you find yourself. Sales – B2C Responsibilities

• Follow up on every lead given
• Hunt leads in local area
• Travel to customer job sites to complete estimations
• Quote/ Estimate customer jobs using customized software
• Ensure paint teams are up-to-date on any job changes
• Assist account manager in closing sales calls
• Meet and exceed estimation goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Advise customers on-site or during calls
• Upsell clients wherever necessary for a complete job
• Ensure all are fully satisfied with the service
• Meet with manager on regular basis

Sales – B2C Qualifications

• 1+ years of Estimation, Quoting, Sales, OR Customer Service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required
• Ability to travel locally required (Company Car and gas provided)
