As a Sales Associate/Lead Generator at CPaT Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales initiatives and expanding our business prospects. Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sales opportunities, establishing viable leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing strategy. This is an annual salary plus commission position with a $36k base salary plus monthly commissions and an annual performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Evaluation:
Utilize existing buyer profiles to identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to focus efforts on interested airlines, training organizations, and universities, saving time and resources.
Customer Engagement:
Initiate conversations with prospective customers and current clients via telephone or email to determine their interest in our products and services. Build rapport and establish the lead's level of interest in collaboration with the sales team.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify and score the viability of interested leads for the sales team. Conduct research on airlines, training organizations and universities to enhance the sales team's understanding of potential sales opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Strong communication skills to connect with marketing team members, potential prospects, and the sales team.
CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to navigate and analyze leads effectively.
Sales Process Understanding:
Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and goals, understanding the sales funnel.
Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze multiple data points to assign lead scores and interpret CRM information accurately.
