Location: Fully Remote, Work from Home

Compensation: Commission based pay structure for new clients added to the training schedule, with ongoing pay based off of per session client retention. Extra incentive for the ‘closer’.

• 1-14 Clients - 10% commission per session after processing fees, paid monthly
• 15+ Clients - 15% commission per session after processing fees, paid monthly
• Whomever ‘closes the sale’ with the client will also have a 10% commission per session after processing fees, paid monthly.
• This brings your income earning potential up to 25% per client session. Here is what your income would look like based on the client number and assuming you ‘closed’ those clients.

Clients with 3x/week Sessions Example of Gross Pay

5 Clients = $255/week or $13,260/year

10 Clients = $510/week or $26,520/year

15 Clients = $956/week or $49,725/year

20 Clients = $1,275/week or $66,300/year

25 Clients =$1,594/week or $82,875/year

* Full price client sessions are currently billed at $85 per 50 minute session.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor / 1099

Reports to: CEO/Owner, Operations Manager, Personal Trainer Partner

Minimum Requirements

• Currently involved in several aspects of health and fitness, with access to a community of others interested in the same
• Experience in a gym environment with a continuum of your own lifting journey.
• History of organized time management, accountability and personal development skills, with a positive and curious attitude. Naturally inclined to work as a team player.
• Experience communicating to potential clients with conviction, including sharing your fitness love and health journey through social media avenues.
• History in sales, preferred.

Responsibilities - Expectations and duties include but are not limited to:

• Engage in a 4 week onboarding and training program to maximize ‘getting started’ and hit the ground running, including weekly meetings through a virtual format, approximately 1-2 hours of dedicated time weekly.
• Use your own KD Elite personal training sessions to produce social media (2+ pieces per week) content to attract new clients
• Obtain clients via a multitude of avenues and outreach
• Collaborate with your trainer to continue the ambassador/trainer/client relationship best
• Relationship retention; ideas include cards or notes to check in, gift basket of coffee for early morning sessions, annual anniversary flowers, etc.
• Independent contractors cover their own taxes, and operating expenses, including client retention gifts.

• Your own KD Elite own personal training sessions 2x/week at no cost with your trainer ($170 value per week/$8,840 per year)
• Nutrition guidance and coaching will be available to our clients (you too!) at a reduced rate to help provide the full package of health and wellness multiple times per year.
