If you are looking for a career working with and caring for dogs – keep reading! We are looking for a goal oriented, strategic, influential teammate to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our new two-floor Downtown Cleveland location. There are multiple career paths including general management for high performance in this role as we are growing rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Grow overall sales and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships and build partnerships with veterinarians, apartments, businesses, events, and influencers to generate leads
- Create savvy social media content for our existing & prospective pet parents that showcases the benefits of Dogtopia
- Schedule and conduct meet & greets with prospective pet parents at our wellness centers
- Build deep relationships and understanding the needs of prospective pet parents
- Educate on the benefits of Dogtopia and sign pet parents up for daycare plans
Qualifications:
- Previous success in selling and Account Management
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, including the delivery of exceptional service to both our 4-legged and 2-legged clients!
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Embrace and uphold our operational, health, safety, sanitization, and security policies
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 35 pounds with no restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays

- This is a salaried role with annual compensation between $35,000 and $50,000 depending on performance against sales and customer satisfaction goals
