Sales Associate

Tint LA and Tint Ocala are rapidly growing mobile window tint companies looking for someone to grow with us.

We are looking for a very friendly, upbeat, detail-oriented person to answer calls, provide quotes to customers over the phone, book appointments, and assign them to our mobile window tinters. Other duties include prospecting new customers for window tinting services as well as sales of our window film when time allows.

You must be extremely detail oriented. There is a lot of information to keep track of, so you need excellent memory and concentration. Good math skills, logic, and a professional attitude are needed as well. You must have office and sales experience.
(You won't have direct contact with the customers in person because we don't have a shop)
You'll work partly from our home office for training and when we need to work together on projects and the rest of the time will be remote. You must have your own reliable computer in great condition & reliable internet, but we'll supply a cell phone for calls.
Ability to speak English and Spanish required.
You must be experienced with computer programs and apps. If you're not proficient in all the programs that we use, you must be confident that you can learn them very quickly.
Programs used daily include: Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs, Google sheets, Yelp, Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Square, Venmo, CASH app, and our own Tintwork app.

Training is $15/hr and can take roughly 2-3 weeks. Once training is complete and you are working independently, you will receive commissions on top of your hourly pay. Commissions usually bump up your average hourly rate up to $18-$20/hr.
We are open Mon-Sun 9am-6pm at our location in FL and Mon-Sun 8am-6pm in our LA location. You will be required to assist with our Los Angeles branch so shifts may end as late as 9pm (EST) due to the time difference. I'm looking for someone willing to work 30-40 hrs/week.
The current schedule would be Friday & Mondays closing shift starts at 3 or 4pm to 9pm EST. Saturdays & Sundays are required 9am-5pm EST. More hours can be added depending on your performance.
