As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. Engaging directly with customers, you will utilize your expertise to understand their unique requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our extensive range of products and services. By staying abreast of the latest industry trends and promotions, you will drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Sales Associate Duties: 

• Cultivate positive customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs
• Grow customer accounts by utilizing pre-qualified leads 
• Understand customer needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional sales support
• Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Overturn customer objections with EASE! 
• Attend daily or weekly sales meetings with fellow sales staff
• Upsell products and services as needed directly to customers
• Exceed personal and team sales goals
