Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and policy details.
Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Product Promotion: Educate clients about our insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs.
