Weller Truck Parts began its history in Muskegon, Michigan in 1928 when Harry Weller, a small body shop owner, found value in recycled parts for the auto industry. The small business thrived so much that in 1949, Harry moved Weller Truck Parts to nearby Grand Rapids, MI. Since that time, Weller Truck Parts has continued to grow under the direction of the Weller family. In 2014, Weller became a member of the Jasper Holding family of companies and a 100% Associate Owned ESOP. Today, Weller continues to grow and out-service the competition by providing an engineered solution for efficient and cost-effective repair, removing the otherwise defunct units and parts from the path to a landfill.

Position Description: (If you do not have all the skills you need for this position, Weller will train you. We just need you to have a “can do, ready to learn” mindset.)

· Provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.

· Communicates effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products by providing accurate information about products and services.

· Maintains a clean and organized work area.

· Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Position Requirements:

· A degree or 2+ years of sales experience.

· Must have a hunter sales mentality.

· Must be a motivated self-starter.

· Ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.

· Ability to manage time effectively.

· Truck Parts background/knowledge is required.

Physical Requirements:

· Extended periods of sitting.

· Extended periods of active listening and talking.

Salary Information:

This position has a starting base salary of $60K to $85K, depending on sales and industry experience.

Weller Truck Parts offers competitive hourly wages, based on experience and skills.
