About Us
We are a leading company in the Sales, Retail & Customer Support industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting and reporting to the General Manager and Lead Sales Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining current accounts and group sales, developing and maintaining relationships with organization contacts, and compiling monthly financials for our hotel and conference center.

Responsibilities
- Monitor room pick-up percentages and cutoff dates, maintaining contact with groups
- Assist groups in filling room blocks as necessary
- Prepare and send out contracts for room blocks and conference events
- Follow up on leads, due contracts, and rebookings
- Negotiate and close sales, meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Assist with incoming sales/reservation calls for the conference center and hotel
- Schedule regular meetings with guests to sell the facility
- Maintain competence in SalesForce, customer contact database
- Maintain competence in Agilysys, hotel property management system
- Maintain competence in Event Master, conference center booking system
- Perform other duties as assigned
