Naot’s SoHo, NY retail store presents an exciting opportunity for a go-getter Sales Associate who is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable consumer experience. This person must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This part-time position comes with a competitive benefits package, base compensation and commission.
Specific responsibilities for the SoHo Sales Associate position include but are not limited to:
- Highly motivated on the sales floor to ensure that individual sales goals and other key performance indicators are achieved & exceeded
- Contributing to a unique customer-centric experience by exhibiting best practices with regard to customer service, sales generation and customer outreach
- Ensuring that the sales floor always meets company standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Keyholder experience is a plus
- Proven track record of sales generation and customer service
- Interest in fashion and evolving trends
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Footwear knowledge is a plus
